NANAIMO, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, JANUARY 6, 2021 – SEAMOR Marine has always strongly supported university co-op programs, and we believe it’s especially important at this time when many co-op students are encountering challenges in gaining placements. Terry Welton started his placement as a Junior Technologist at SEAMOR Marine on January 4th, and is a Mechanical Engineering student in his third year at the University of Victoria, where he is a member of the Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Interdisciplinary Club. At SEAMOR we believe strongly in education and community. We’re sure Terry will embrace the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advanced robotics and further his engineering skills at a world class company like SEAMOR Marine.
